The easiest way to create such coastlines is by filling up the contour lines up to a certain point with water. So to make a "25 meters sea level rise map" you would draw the new coastlines at the 25 meter elevation of the topographic base map. Which is why I inquired about that base map or method that must have been used to establish the coastline..

If the coastlines are merely based on your fantasy imagination instead, without any source or indication of how much gets flooded, that is reason to also include File:Map of Antarctica without Ice.png into a follow-up DR.

I don't think {{CopyrightByWikimedia}} applies here considering that this file never became an official logo for a Wikimedia Foundation project. This file was uploaded to Meta in 2004, then transferred here. I'm not sure which license we used back then. None of the pages at m:Category:Wikinews logo contest mention any licensing or release agreement. The upload summary doesn't mention any release under a free license. While this proposed logo may be simple enough for {{PD-ineligible}}, I think we rather clarify this situation for this (and other files in the same situation) through a discussion. Photo is not taken by uploader, it was published somewhere in "social media" (I don't know what exactly) without free license. So it was uploaded without permission and so it should be deleted. There is a discussion about the photo in fi-wiki here fi:Keskustelu:Pauli Hautala#Kuva Pauli Hautala.png in Finnish. This 1914 monument in France is the work of fr:Raoul Lamourdedieu, who died in 1953. So it is still copyrighted, and as there is no (full) freedom of panorama in France, the files should be deleted. They can be restored in 2024.

Da es bis zur Freigabe 2024 nur wenige Monate sind, die Bilder terilweise seit Jahren ins Netz (widerrechtlich) gestellt worden und bisher offenbar keine Verletzung der Urheberrechte seitens eventueller Erben des Künstlers angezeigt worden sind, sollte man sich überlegen, ob es Sinn macht, die Bilder jetzt noch zu löschen. Wenn man es doch tuen sollte, wäre es hilfreich dafür zu sorgen, dass sie ohne Zutun der ursprünglich Hochladenden 2024 wieder veröffentlich werden. Ansonsten kann man davon ausgehen, dass das Erinnerungsvermögen dejenigen so verblasst ist, dass man diese Bilder niemals wieder bei Wikipedia sehen dürfte. Dguendel 12:10, 2 August 2023 (UTC)

It is very unlikely that the uploader is the copyright holder of this image or that the image was published under a free license.

This image is one of the most known "liminal spaces" (See https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Liminal_space_(aesthetic) ) and it has been posted on various social media sites and image boards such as Reddit and 4chan since at least early 2020, though the image itself is likely older than that.

There have been numerous attempts to find its origins by the users of various on-line liminal space communities, however all of them failed.

As of today, August 1, 2023, the author of this image is still unknown.

This category is a honeypot for catching vanity uploads and copyright violations. Here is a first batch of web-size images without metadata. They are very unlikely to be OK for Commons, either because of lack of proper license and permission, or for being out of scope, or both.

To say that images of celebrities are "out of scope" is ridiculous. A celebrity is a person who is well known for being well known. If a person is a celebrity, then an image of them is totally and completely within the scope of Commons. That being the case, evidence must be presented that these images are either of non-celebrities or are copyright violations. Please present that evidence. Maybe, maybe not though. I at least wasn't able to find any evidence of it being used anywhere else when I looked for it with TinEye. I know the site isn't 100% reliable though. So I wouldn't be upset or surprised if the closing administrator just deletes it anyway. Really they probably should anyway, but the evidence (or really lack of it) is what it is and I don't think just because resolution sucks or that it lacks metadata definitively proves anything either way on their own. It's not artwork I don't really see how you can claim how images like this File:Здание губернской земской управы - 4.jpg don't contain artwork. The guy holding the hammer in that image is clearly artist. The same goes for the monument with the ball in the middle of it in File:6-monument.jpg. Along with the other images. The aren't just non-descript lists of name on a blank piece of stone. As to what the guidelines say about it, Commons:Copyright rules by territory/Russia clearly states freedom of panorama is "not OK for artwork, including sculptures." If you disagree with that, cool. It's not my issue though and this isn't the place to argue about the guidelines. They aren't going to be ignored just because you want to act like the monuments are purely just information boards without any artistic elements to them either. I think that it is wrong to consider this tablet as an independent work of art. This is one of the design elements of the building along with the coat of arms, inscription or pediment. These are all real T34 tanks, probably restored with a new coat of paint. (Rumours have it that some of those are still operational.) The soviets had plenty of them and didn't need a model. You can find this type of monument all over the former USSR. Wherever I saw one on my travels it was the real thing made of solid steel. Rumours have it that some of those are still operational I could see them using older, still operational tanks for monuments in general. At least from the ones I've seen pictures of they are clearly original. Whereas this one doesn't look like it is. Maybe they repurposed an old wheel wheel or something though. Who knows, but if that's the case I think there'd still issues with it being an original work of art at that point. If you create a sculpture of a vehicle where a few parts are original, but that's it, and re-paint in a unique way specifically to act as a monument to something then at least IMO it qualify as a new work. Hello, almost all of these photos are licensed for public use in terms of ownership, and public use is fine. I tried to edit some photos that had problems or little explanations and fix their problems. In addition, you are from Turkey and you may not have enough knowledge about the content of Persian Wikipedia and photos that are in public domain.most of the photos has been identified as being free of known restrictions under copyright law, including all related and neighboring rights. is completely newly uploaded and is not part of the possible recreation of deleted content. the another photos, https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Abdul.ali.mazari.jpg, has been re-uploaded because it had an ownership problem before, but now I fixed the ownership problem and published it by mentioning the source. The manager of Hazare International has declared that the use of the images of this site is fully permitted by mentioning the source. Vous avez raison. Je vais chercher à qui m’adresser auprès de la délégation aux territoires d’industrie pour leur demander s’il est possible de trouver de telles images libres illustrant les territoires d’industrie.
